some e-sources for prayer...

When it comes to prayer, we need all the help we can get. Unfortunately, good resources are hard to find, especially when seeking to go deeper in prayer. Some are tinged with Eastern mysticism, some are kind of "gung-ho" oriented, if you catch my drift. I came across some good resurces at monergism.org (weird name, great site!). This site is an unbelievable treasury of excellent prayer resources! Check out the article about starting a prayer journal. I like to write out my prayers, so this sounds like a great way to chronical your prayer journey.

Sometimes it's nice to pray with a seasoned prayer warrior. How about one of the giants of the faith? May I suggest praying with the Puritans from the book "Valley of Vision". It's a great way to bring depth and direction to your conversation with God.
